Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Packages postmarked after 30 days, items received with no tags attached, or in worn/damaged condition will not be accepted. These returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@urspiritshop.com and we will supply a return label at NO cost to you.

You may return unworn, unwashed, new condition items with all original tags attached for a refund within 15 days of being delivered.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase within 1-2 weeks.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@urspiritshop.com with your tracking number.

UrSpirit Shop ships via USPS and UPS.

We are temporarily unable to ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still think your order is missing, please reach out to us by email support@urspiritshop.com, text or call us at (201) 587-5909.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 1-2 days of placing the order. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically delivered via US Postal service and can be tracked on USPS.com.

You can also visit www.urspirtishop.com and log into your account. You will find tracking information for all your orders.

We will contact you via email if there is a problem with your order; so it's very important that your email is accurate.

Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Unfortunately once you click submit we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure your order is placed with all the items, discount codes, and proper shipping methods needed before you confirm your order. Once confirmed we are not able to make any changes.

Unfortunately once you click submit we are unable to cancel your order. Only under limited circumstances and if the order has not shipped we may be able to make exceptions.  Please reach out to us by email support@urspiritshop.com, or give us a call at (201) 587-5909.

The following items are final sales and  are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange

- Items not purchased at UrSpirit Shop

- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).

- Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.

- For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:

>Washed or worn items

>Accessories: earrings and cosmetics

>Intimates: panties and lingerie sets

>Clothing: tights

>Other similar intimate items
